Wind to darkness to solstice

I couldn’t make any of my paintings work this week. Four in progress, 3 potential landscapes, one mystery.

Today is the last day of shortening daylight. Solstice happens in the middle of the night tonight and tomorrow we will be on the other side. It’s been warm and windy here this week, and that’s expected to continue for more than another week.
