Spring cleaning!

The other side of solstice

Reorganizing the studio, the girls were not happy about it at first. But now they have their own corner with their bed and water bowl, and can sleep on the ottoman if they want. We walked at the lake today and the geese are back. Such a beautiful view on a clear day, blue sky and gold grasses.

Today I didn’t paint at all but I spent the whole morning in the studio cleaning, rearranging furniture, organizing all my supplies, and taking out all the junk I am not using. Now that solstice is behind us, spring is right around the corner, January 1.
