Looking for Lyrids

A reminder to be silly

Sitting in the studio yard at 4:30 am below the fence line that blocks most of the neighborhood lights. I saw two meteors- or are they showers?-zoom across the sky over about a twenty minute period. One was huge!

Walk at the lake bed. The bald eagles were out. The mountains got a nice dusting of snow, and the girls had fun on their walk at the lake.

I woke up at 3:28 a.m. I don’t know why, I just did. I remembered that you can see the Lyrid meteor showers a hour or so before sunrise…
