I so admire your commitment to art and to running. Even though you haven't been painting much, you've been studying and working on the business side. And always learning. You drive distances to run. True commitment, that's what that is.
It's been unbearably hot here too. And unhealthy air quality on top of it. I haven't been out walking much due to both and I don't feel as good when I don’t. Can't wait for fall.

Thank you, Nancy. I’m sorry you’re having to breathe all that smoke, and I’m sorry for all the people who are being affected by the fires. How much we humans have contributed to this situation is anybody’s guess, but I tend to think we have contaminated our own planet and are reaping what we’ve sown.
