Art and trail running teach the same lessons
Wednesdays are the one day during the week in CVP where there is nothing scheduled. The weather was supposed to be perfect if a little warm. I took advantage of the opportunity to go up to Lory State Park and Horsetooth Mountain Park and do a longer trail run.
